Thursday 23 August 2018– Fats again. They are acidic; therefore, the blood needs to be alkaline in order to pull in fats. The three major kinds of fats:
1 -phospholipids – are highly electrical
2 – fatty acids – triglycerides
3 – cholesterol – these are NOT the bad guy. Statin drugs ARE. Discussion of long chain triglycerides: Saturated are solid, unsaturated are liquid. Saturated fats are really good for you. Stearic and palmitic acids. Study on green tea and red wine. Amaloid plaques are just a type of fibrosis. Caller about oxygenation and ‘cell food’ liquid drops, hyaluronic acid, and sleep apnea.
